Terms and Conditions

Our terms & conditions govern any contract for sale that we enter into. They do not affect your statutory rights.

All prices are quoted in sterling and include VAT at the standard rate of 17.5% for all EU countries. For non EU member countries UK sales tax will not be charged to your order. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

Delivery times are normally between 4 and 5 days but obviously subject to stock availability. We make every effort to get goods to you as rapidly as possible. Deliveries booked at exact times are not possible. If the item you have ordered is out of stock then we will notify you via email. If your items are out of stock, or is going to be delayed in any way we will backorder for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.

Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card. Payment will be debited to your account before the dispatch of your purchase.

In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us by email at order@anytackle.co.uk. In the case of non-delivery please wait for 14 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In the case of damage please retain the product and contact us on 0870 757 4460 within 24 hours of receipt. Nothing in the above affects your Statutory Rights.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

If your card issuer rejects payment for your order goods will not be dispatched to you. We reserve the right to decline any order and in all such cases a full refund of any payment made will be refunded directly to the purchasing cardholders card. We only deliver in UK.

DESCRIPTION OF GOODS

It is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are all for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Full detailed specifications are available by contacting us directly using any method on our contact page.

Illustrations photographs web site and electronic copies and general literature relating to Products are intended as a general guide only and are not to be treated as representations made by the Company upon which the Customer is entitled to rely.

APPLICABLE LAW

This site is created and controlled by AnyTackle Brand in England. As such, the English laws will govern these disclaimers, terms, and conditions, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. We reserve the right to make changes to our site and these disclaimers, terms, and conditions at any time.
